ah ok... i somehow got my 64gb card detectable by my laptop...its not on exfat format.. i use the 1 u send me from nintendo but i got no choice to make it as fat32... any suggestion to make it fat32?

run the sd formatter on it (this will fix any format errors) then when its in exfat you can use the tool in the first link i gave you to format it to fat32

i did, it says E: (FAT32) now, but it is still exfat in the laptop....

weird . . . put it in the 3ds and tell me if it successfully creates home menu management?

edit: you did remember to click apply after making changes correct?

your a genius man, i can thank you enough for all your help... i got it with the aid of your last message...lol... now i got 128gb and 64gb respectively.... appreciate all your help... i can now proceed to next step....

i think i got a problem extracting the boot.firm from the luma3ds.7z folder.....i got a diagnostic message that appeared and it is 0kb?

Are you using an older version of WinRAR? If so, it might not support LZMA2.

i think you are missing a file go back and make sure you have everything and try again if it persist try the r19 safehax that they link

ok... just to clear and check my earlier steps.... do i need to be connected to internet to do it? then how would i be able to check that my homebrew launcher is installed properly? will there be an icon on the lower screen?

then how would i be able to check that my homebrew launcher is installed properly? will there be an icon on the lower screen?

if your far enough to get that error you have homebrew installed (at this point you access it via 3ds sound hence soundhax)

what i meant is ensure that you copied all the files on the previous page to the correct locations . . .

its still the same.... im feeling lost here.... lo...how can i self check if ive done the homebrew launcher right?

i already figured it out, now i'm at finalizing setup... already copied all the files to sd card for the next steps... im about to start system update... is this something i need to be scared off?

. . . power down and hold select and power on . . . if anything other than the home menu comes up then there is nothing to worry about and its safe to update

i already did everything right... it was indeed successful, thanks for all your help.... now its time for the other 3ds, the 11.5 but need to buy flashcart first...

hi, having some problems installing games and dlc from freeshop... one says failed to finalize content 0xD8E08025, failed to import contents 0xF9608022...what those means? tanx
