I'm glad you comment on the point. I'll be happy to update if I have a guarantee that the current cia format releases/nightlies work appropriately in the newest luma.
Can you confirm if this is the case?/QUOTE]
Yes.

Yes.
I found a problem that when FBA or MAME tried to open a large file (such as kof2002.zip , svc.zip and so on),I always got a error("An exception occurred......prefetch abort"),every time like that.I'm glad you comment on the point. It's very easy to get cps2 games working, you want to look for a website in french that has a name kind of like video-GAME elec-TRONIK or smth. They have a romset that mostly works with fba2012. Just d/l what you want to play and send it to your 3ds using FTP or by taking the sd card out and putting it there directly from the pc.
At that point, just open the fba2012 application from the system (let me know if you need help installing or anything), select the 'open content' option, navigate to the rom, and that's about it. For neo-geo games you need to make sure the bios file is in place, I think that french site has it, too.
KoF2002 works fine for me using the 1.6.7 3dsx version of FBA Neo Geo. Takes a long time to load, though.I found a problem that when FBA or MAME tried to open a large file (such as kof2002.zip , svc.zip and so on),I always got a error("An exception occurred......prefetch abort"),every time like that.
I'm using the PCSX-rearmed 1.5.0 and it works properly. When I used the latest version,I got the same error.
Both of my 3ds and new3ds have these errors ,so I can almost certain that the error only happens on B9 . A9LH can work properly but B9 not. I tried to report the error in the RA forum, but no one replied.
I only found the PCSX ,FBA and MAME has these problems currently.
My English is poor,so I just hope that you can understand that I mean.
Edit:I'm using the CIA version.
It seems that the 3dsx version is better, but the CIA version is more convenient.Anyway, thanks, and I would try the 3dsx version.KoF2002 works fine for me using the 1.6.7 3dsx version of FBA Neo Geo. Takes a long time to load, though.
Sadly the 3dsx version of FBA-NEOGEO also crashes on my new3ds. And I got the same error report like cia version.KoF2002 works fine for me using the 1.6.7 3dsx version of FBA Neo Geo. Takes a long time to load, though.

Is there a way to optimize pcsx for O3DS?
Version 1.3 has a playable speed (though it is quite slow) so i have a bit of hope for that.
Please optimize it...
Again, the cores and the port of RetroArch (frontend) are two different things.Nobody is maintaining the cores, and even then there has been 0 efforts of optimizing for better fps.
well that sucksNobody is maintaining the cores, and even then there has been 0 efforts of optimizing for better fps.

Again, the cores and the port of RetroArch (frontend) are two different things.
The cores are usually maintained by the emulators authors (and some contributors), the ports of RetroArch to certain devices/architectures is what changes coders very often.
The big FBA and the 2 MAMEs still need to be installed (would be nice if someone made them Rosalina compatible, although I personally don't use them) As for Neo-Geo, something is screwed up on your system. Trying a different ROM or checking your SD card for errors are good first steps. Also make sure you're using Luma 8.1.1.Sadly the 3dsx version of FBA-NEOGEO also crashes on my new3ds. And I got the same error report like cia version.
PCSX-rearmed showed "Dose not have enough samples for monitor refresh rate estimation. Requires to run for at least 4096 frames. Press Start.". And after I have waited for 4096 frames,it still not worked.
FBA2012 and MAME2003 can't be opened in Homebrew(Rosalina 2.0), and I got a error report in Japanese, I don't know the mean.
No. People really need to stop asking about this >_< IMO PCSX should be removed from current builds, it hasn't even been semi-functional since 1.3.6...Is there a way to optimize pcsx for O3DS?
It doesn't work on anything, use the 1.3.6 version https://gbatemp.net/threads/unofficial-3ds-retroarch-builds-compatibility-thread.462252/So...does PCSX-rearmed 1.5 work on B9S? 1.67 is crashing all the time with a a11 error on Luma.

No. Believe me, Rosalina is not the cause of your issues. Is there a way to use homwbrew other than Rosalina? I tried to change the boot.3dsx but it was still Rosalina.
Hm……I translated the Japanese with Google Translate, and it asked me to use another homebrew.No. Believe me, Rosalina is not the cause of your issues.
You still need to install the CIAs for MAME and the big FBA core. Use the individual CPS and Neo-Geo FBA cores instead of the big one.Hm……I translated the Japanese with Google Translate, and it asked me to use another homebrew.
My computer said that my SD card is with no wrong.
Well,I don't know what can I do now.

It works fine for me, so I don't think there's anything that will be fixed in future versions. Make sure you follow all the instructions in the first post of this thread, and in this thread here https://gbatemp.net/threads/unofficial-3ds-retroarch-builds-compatibility-thread.462252/It still crashes. Maybe it can't be solved at present. I would wait for the new version and keep trying.
Anyway,thanks.
