If I system transfer a 2DS with things from Freeshop to a 2DS without Freeshop or CFW, will the games save???

The tickets are not legit so it will not transfer. you can only get a legit ticket for a title from the eshop.

No to the custom theme, but about the games, it's complicated. The games WILL transfer but they won't show up on the home menu due to the illegitimate ticket. You'll have to delete them manually in system setting unless your console is hacked.

No, if they don't show up on the home menu it's as they don't exist. The data is there but not a way to launch it.

They will show up when you install the ticket. Either by buying the title on the eshop, or hacking it and installing the ticket (if you do the second option, you will only be able to launch the title while using CFW)
