Are there any (homebrew)solutions to directly transfer data via USB between PSVita and PC, such as the good old PSP ? FTP is too slow (Especially with large amounts of data) and the backup feature of QCMA transfers only the regular data, not the homebrews and henkaku data.

There is.. with VitaShell
Once you open VitaShell, press Start and select USB instead of FTP and then connect your Vita to PC and press Select..
You will be directed to ux0

Thanks for the info, but the whole content is not displayed. I can only copy 11GB although it should be 55GB. The folder "pspemu" and "app", for example, is not displayed.

Go to your henkaku settings and enable unsafe homebrews. That should make you able to see all folders within VitaShell.
unsafe homebrews is already set. In vitashell all folders are displayed, but after connecting to pc, on the pc they are not.

If that the case, then the folders that are not displayed are system folders and you have to make them visible throught Folder options..
Or you can access them by typing the path to the desired folder from the address bar..
Hope that helps.

I plan to use a 256gb sdcard with the sd2vita adapter as ux0. For that I would copy the entire contents of the vita-memorycard, which is currently ux0, to the sdcard. As it seems, I have to do this in several steps, since it seems it is not possible to transfer the entire contents of Vitacard with vitashell over usb to the pc. So I have to do the following steps before. Maybe someone can tell me whether this works:
1. Copy Data from ux0 with vitashell on pc via usb (homebrew)
2. Create a backup with qcma (official data)
3. Mount sd2vita as uma0 and copy vitashell-appdata from ux0 to uma0 with vitashell.
4. Mount sd2vita as ux0, start vitashell and copy the previously saved homebrew content from pc to vita in USB mode.
5. Restore the Backup (official data) created with qcma.

Is this a possibility, or does someone have a better idea

edit:
Now, I know how to manage this the easiest way: Connecting the vita with vitashell via USB-Mode to PC. Set folder options on PC to visible (system folders too) and copy the whole content from ux0 to the sdcard that is already prepaired for sd2vita. Then I will mount the sdcard to ux0.

folders are always set as visible on my pc. What do you mean with accessing them by typing the path to the desired folder from the adress bar ?

@Muxi
As for the Sd2Vita, I still don't have one so maybe someone else can answer this..
And I mean you can access folders by typing the name of the folder in the address bar..
e. g. : You want to access the PSP folder like this ( assume the drive for PS Vita is G:\ )
G:\ux0\pspemu
Or uncheck the option ( Hide Protected operating system files ) in Folder Options which will make all the folders appear.

Thank you so much, now it works.
