Hacking Webhack on 5.5.2 (JsTypeHax)

selfhosting always had better compatibility for me with previous browser hacks.
seeing the sources and who did it, I'm sure it's real (unless being a well planed joke for days). though, it would be nice to get some comments to what has been done and were necessary to make it work with 5.5.2. (not everybody understand ASM code)

I guess it's commented out, not used.

Just wait for JumpCallPop to update the repo I believe. It's not launching the HBL yet.

so in its current state, it only get user or kernel access but doesn't launch any elf?

if you can get hbl to launch but get your own elf loader that's fine too, it could load haxchi installer elf automatically instead of hbl?

Just download the zip file from the github repo, extract and launch the .bat (assuming you have python installed).

I am stuck trying with non selfhosted ( saw on page 2 that it should launch hbl? )
For the selfhosted, it was 3 times in a row

Cyan, it doesn't look like it has any payload setup by default.

I assume it's not that easy to just add:

window.location = "payload.php?sysver=550";

on the commented Line and just add those files (https://github.com/dimok789/homebrew_launcher/tree/master/www/homebrew_launcher) on apache ??

Technically but this doesn't publicly load HBL yetz

I haven't tried this yet since I have haxchi (though, my wii u did update) and there's been a bit of a problem with SDCafiine, when you load it after loading mocha or haxchi it'll crash the wii u, can someone make a payload for it? I do not mind self-hosting.

Hi Im a new user on GBATEMP, im on 5.5.2 no CFW installed like Haxchi or Coldboot so Im trying to see if I can help with anything as I lost myy HBL access with the update and being to stupid to not properly install the CFW when I had the chance. Can I help test the exploit? My SD card still has all the files from the previous HBL exploit

I just purchased a Wii U .. came at 5.5.2.. once I try this method and get haxchi.. after I restart my Wii U .. will haxchi remain forever ? As long as I don't update from 5.5.2?
