Homebrew HomeBrew apps crash to red screen

Hi

i bought a new 3ds XL and i tried to install a CFW on it
the viriosn is 11.3.0.36U

i follwed the http://3ds.guide

everything was fine
but in the step that u Launch safehax
it toke me to the Luma3DS configuration
then i press START to try again and see what went wrong

after that any app i start from HomeBrew it crash to red screen then back to HomeBrew
and i can go to Luma3DS configuration by pressing power button and select

please help
and sorry for bad english

Try downloading another boot.3dsx, or download the correct payload (depends of your 3DS version and New or Old 3DS)

i download everything form the start and still have the same problem
everything was working fine even that apps but when i got to Luma3DS configuration
and restart the 3ds after that all apps on HomeBrew dont work
just giving me a red screen then back to the HomeBrew launcher

YES but i only install udsploit,safehax
and now i cant install anything else
because every app i open in HomeBrew it crash
and i tried to install FBI but it crash too

yup i tried the original SD card that come with the 3ds
and a 32GB sd card both have the same problem
also i tried to format the 3ds and try again
and still got the same problem

Probably you skipped a step then.

nope but i think i know what i did wrong
i put the safehax.smdh file in the SD card (the guide didnt say to put it but i did i dont know why look like i am dum)
so when i get to the step to launch the safehax
it launch me to Luma3DS configuration instead of SafeB9SInstaller ( i rename the file to safehaxpayload.bin i even check it after)
after that i press START and it restart and then everything dont work in HomeBrew

Can you upload a screenshot of your 3ds folder?

i have formart the SD card and tried the guide again
and when i get the part to install udsploit,safehax again it crash
it only worked in the first try i tried

i fix the safehaxpayload.bin.bin (rename it to safehaxpayload.bin)
and apps still crashing
when HomeBrew launcher is booting it give green screen then red screen then it launch
dose the red screen mean it fail on something

i tried two from the https://smealum.github.io/3ds/
the one who come with the starter.zip and the standalone one
i dont know where else i can find

Paste it to your 3DS SD Card root, like this
sd:\boot.3dsx

Remember to paste your payload and otherapp.bin in the same route as boot.3dsx! (in the root, duh)
