Homebrew 11.4 n3DS homebrew/CFW

Is it possible to access homebrew on a new 3DS on update 11.4(preferably through soundhax),It has been used to install homebrew on 11.2(E),then safely updated to 11.3. 11.4 seems to have killed the possibility,even though you can still download the otherapp from smea's website and soundhax.m4a from nedwill's website
If not would it somehow be possible with another 3DS on update 11.1?

Many entry points have been patched, most notably soundhax. See this thread to see what does and doesn't work: https://gbatemp.net/threads/update-11-4-and-homebrew.467261/ if you see a question mark, that most likely means that it's the same as the previous firmware, like how on 11.3 oot3dhax was confirmed working and still works and how on 11.3 browserhax was patched and is still patched. If you want cfw though, that's an entirely different story that requires either a second modded 3ds, a hardmod, or a compatible ds flashcart and a powersaves.

I just wanted to say that there should be a separate page for the *hax* installers. Since a few of them (OOT3DHaX for example) that work on 11.4/11.5 can only be installed from a lower firmware (which isn't mentioned, like anywhere).
