Ok, I did a little test of the 'Invert colors' effect. All Eu Games.

Devilish Brain Training: Works.
MH Generations: Works.
Denpa Men 2: Works.
Animal Crossing New Leaf: Doesn't seem to work.
Runbow: Freak out at the beggining, but it works.
Miitopia: Something appears in the left side of the top screen. The effect only triggers when i press the HOME button. If i press it back, the effect dissappears.

Yes, but that's only if you either A) use a cheat plugin or B) use the streaming feature. I have a feeling that will never change.

No, it's the normal boot selector

Holding select does nothing, and it auto updated

Both, also downloaded it from fbi and same screen. "You have to hold select when you see the 3DS Homebrew logo until you see the background of BootNTR Selector." i did that

Weird, I tried all version and they're working...

On your SD card, remove all the following folders:

• Sd:/Nintendo3DS/EBNTR
• sd:/3ds/ntr
• sd:/3ds/BootNTRSelector

Then try to launch the app again.

When I try to loader the NTR menu in Animal Crossing: New Leaf it makes the bottom screen go blank and when I press B to close the menu the bottom screen and top screen both display the top screen.

I'm on the latest versions of b9s and Luma as well as running the 2.9 .3dsx version of BootNTR Selector. I tried it with the .cia version and still have the same issue.

Is there any reason that when I download the update the 3ds bottom screen suddenly flickers until I turn it off and on again twice? I've had this happen both to my 2ds and my new3ds. Restarting it twice seems to get rid of the issue, but it's just the oddest thing and I'm very curious as to what's causing this harmless glitch.
