You can try this recommendations for a better performance:
(Windows10)
1.- Adjust visual effects to best performance go to start icon -- Right Click -- System -- Advanced System Settings -- Settings -- Select Adjust for the best performance.
2.- Run ThinVNC in real time go to Task Manager (Ctrl+Alt+Del) -- Detail Tab -- find ThinVNC.exe -- Right Click -- set priority -- Real Time.
3.- Use Windows Server 2012 r2 as your SO probably you can do a VM.
4.- Run the software in windowed mode not in full screen , try to run the software with a lowest window size (ie 320x200) , you can do zoom in from the Nintendo Switch WebBrowser.
5.- On the Emulators force to run 35 fps or 40 fps.
5.- Connect PC Using ethernet cable.
