Usage:
1. Download the plugin
2. Place the plugin into the folder for your region:

3. Launch NTR CFW
4. Launch Mario Kart 7
5. Press Select to open the cheat menu
6. Enable cheats & have fun!

I found 4 bugs:

1: you're still wasting 2kb of space by including the oot3d notes.
2: Invincible doesn't work on eur.
3: You don't explain how to use any cheats.
4: Disabling cheats don't disable the effect (i.e. instant mini turbo).

Mine just goes to black screen once player's are found. Also does this put you with other banned ppl? When i run it without ntr i get a full 8 player game but when i run the plugin ive gotten 3 and 5 players not sure if thats a thing.
