Mario Party 5, in my opinion, is the best Mario Party for the GameCube after MP4. I bought my copy years ago for $40 used, and while I don't think it exceeds that price, you can probably get some good money for it.

It varies on the completeness. Mario Party 5= $30-35. Wrath of Cortex= $13-20.
