that isn't the point, the point was an update that improved the current browser not a new system, and the n3ds xl, n3ds, and n2ds all share the same stuff inside, just asthetics in exception for the missing 3d on the 2ds but that's beside the point. the same goes with the o2ds, o3ds, and o3ds xl, they all are the same beside asthetics and the 2ds not having 3d

Load the icons in order of how they appear on screen. As it is now it's some set order and I think it doesn't matter if they're hidden away in folders. I think that's an lazy/unintelligent design. Would also like to be able to switch wifi on and off directly on the homescreen. But I don't think we'll see any real changes made, they have no reason to do it now.
