Downgrading is no longer necessary to install CFW. Follow what @hurrz sent.

if you have enough system access to downgrade then you have enough access to install cfw

huh, what are the chances, 11.0 2ds is when I decided to jump into modding my system when it was still the current system version, remember when ya couldn't do it without dsiwere or a hard mode, hehe
