So many people say different things don't work, lol. it's hard to know what's actually broken and what's potentially just user error.

I may have said this before somewhere else but i forget lol. But the best thing you can do if you're absolutely certain a code is not working correctly and it's not your fault, is disconnect from the trainer and connect to JgeckoU instead and dump your full game from 10000000 to 4C8A0000. Then compress the .bin file in a .rar or .zip file and send it to me. For some codes just doing 3F000000 to 49000000 is enough but if you send me a full game dump I can use it to help make other codes more stable by finding better pointers.
But regardless, sending me a dump file While the code in question isn't working will allow me to essentially look at your Wii and verify 100% whether it's user error or the codes error.

If you know how to read codes and follow pointers in Jgecko, you could probably verify if codes are working by following pointers or checking addresses to see if they contain the expected values that they should.

What version of the game do you have, PAL or NTSC/US?

And are you running BOTW with the latest update?

Are you running the latest version of the trainer, and TCP Gecko?

Not sure on PAL or NTSC - It is USA Version if that makes a diff, yes I am running the latest update, and yes I am running the latest trainer version and TCP Gecko

To do such would I just follow the link in your sig?

To dump your game from Jgecko you need Jgecko from BullyWiiPlaza's GitHub

Anytime i would try to change the time - the trainer would crash. Also, the infinite stamina is not working for me. Is anyone else experiencing this?

FWIW, I'm using the v4.1.2 trainer with the USA [NTSC-U] version of BotW, with the latest update (1.3.0) and DLC, and I have no problems with changing the time or using infinite stamina.

I'm having some crashes while using cheats from the "Code" tab.

Last time I was using these codes:

Invincibility
Unlimited duration (Sword/Bow/Shield)
Stealth
Inmune/abilities

Maybe activating some of those codes at the same time is not the best option xD hehe.

Wow, great find, trunske. I will definitely try these out later, although I have never seen a golden enemy before and I am on the current update, then again I don't have the DLC. Tried using Wii USB helper for that but for some reason the DLC doesn't successfully install, even though the loader GX2 said it successfully installed the DLC. That is another issue for another time, however. Anyway, great find.

Do you think you could modify the content of the Treasure Box? A code like that could really have a high potential of do anything xD

You can create a code with the Accio Spawn Anything code, and spawn Treasure Chests with anything in them.

I would have no idea where to look to go about changing the contents of a chest. Sorry

I got the DLC working, should I post the ID's so they could be added to the list?

That would be nice to see it. By the by, what about the Travel Medallion's ID? I heard it's a Key Item... and what I'd like to know is, when it comes to DLC enemies and stuff, would you need to have bought and installed the DLC to even fight them/use DLC stuff like the Medallion?

And here's the DLC Armors, found by MrCheeze

"Armor_171_Head": "Phantom Helmet",
"Armor_171_Lower": "Phantom Greaves",
"Armor_171_Upper": "Phantom Armor",
"Armor_172_Head": "Majora's Mask",
"Armor_173_Head": "Midna's Helmet",
"Armor_174_Head": "Tingle's Hood",
"Armor_174_Lower": "Tingle's Tights",
"Armor_174_Upper": "Tingle's Shirt",
"Armor_176_Head": "Korok Mask",

Thanks for that!
I already sent the Pull request to Panda to add those to the trainer:

No problem. Although, I seem to have a bit of trouble getting the Travel Medallion to function like it's supposed to... What about on your end?
I got it legit, so I can't say for sure.
Even though, I just placed it, I haven't even used it yet. xD
Was too busy beating the shit out of the Trials. :P

Edit:
Added the travel medallion to the list as well.

I'm using the DLC downloaded from WiiU USB Helper, and the travel medallion is working fine for me. There are certain locations you can't place it though, like the beginning of the Lost Woods. I don't know where you tried it, but maybe try a different location?

I actually have a theory, y'see... I think the DLC must be installed first before you hack the Travel Medallion into your inventory, otherwise it'll disappear and not work when you use it. That's probably why it wasn't working.
