Hacking FBI error failed to insatll cia

ok i have no idea what happen but my niece said that she was playing one of the games and turned off the 3ds and the next time she turned it on all the cia games that i downloaded was deleted but for one game The Legend Of Zelda Four Swords Anniversary Edition. Sooooo i tried installing them again but i got this code

then i downloaded the FBI ver 2.4.9 and tried again and still got this. the system version is on Sys 11.5.0-38U

What happens when you go to view installed games? Does it show x icons? If so, use tikShop to reinstall all tickets

well all the games i downloaded are just gone only zelda is there and its fine i can play that, but my other files are gone too like my FBI, homebrew, themly etc i also cant install them

Just go to settings and check please

OK its good now thanks so what was wrong is that the SD card was corrupted and had to be deleted first before i could reinstall the deleted cias
