besides, it takes more access for piracy to happen then homebrew to run(on 3ds at least) so we can have emulators and homebrew without piracy if they withhold power from us, which they better, hold off all stuff till it's patched

If a developer won't release something because they can't put DRM on it then I hope they never even get to the vapor ware stage with anything.
