Hacking Yoshi's Woolly World Wii U: Daisy + Boo + Isabelle amiibo cards/figure support!

After the 3DS version had updated amiibo patterns, I decided to port some over to Wii U (of the amiibo I own)

I added 3 so far

Daisy: Any amiibo with Daisy's character ID (not Mario Sports Superstars) will unlock this Daisy Yoshi. Floral theme intact with a new HD wool texture

Boo: Any amiibo with Boo's character ID (not Mario Sports Superstars) will unlock this Boo Yoshi. It's eyes are shut when it turns into a yarn ball!

Isabelle: Any amiibo figure or card relating to Isabelle, with the exception of the Sanrio cards, will unlock this cute Isabelle Yoshi.

In order to install, you need to have Filezilla and ftpiiu everywhere. Cafiine or SDCaffiine won't work. CEMU will however.

I didn't simply use a texture hack. I managed to get certain documentation from Mario Maker and the YoshiList.bson, which contains the amiibo ID's and specifies which amiibo summons the respective Yoshi. For this mod, I got rid of the three Mii Fighters, but I think I have found a way to add more slots, like the 3DS version did.

I also looked at the 3DS Yoshi List. It had the amiibo ID's of Isabelle (Summer and Winter), Boo, Daisy and more.

Weirdly, the 3DS version is coded to only accept Super Mario series Boo and Waluigi amiibo, but it allows for any future Daisy amiibo to work and unlock Daisy Yoshi. Wonder what this means for Smash

No, no it doesn't. Daisy does not share Peach's character ID for a good reason.

No.
Any mod that only changes the content folder is safe, and I believe the meta folder is safe too but no mod should need to change that.

It could be adapted to be injected into the update package as opposed to the main game executable or something. But that would be work. I don't know how much, or what fancy shenanigans you would need to make it happen though.

So is this just.... dead? Not being worked on anymore? It would be nice to have the rest of the amiibo costumes available for the 3ds available on Wii U! (Like Callie, Marie, Wolf Link, and the other Inkling variants from 3ds for instance.)
