How could I dump these saves?
- Super Mario Bros. Deluxe (GBC) (EUR)
- Shantae (GBC) (EUR)
- Zelda Link's Awakening DX (GBC) (EUR)
- Both Zelda Oracle (GBC) (EUR)
I don't want to hack my 3DS, just make it through Homebrew Launcher.

"Like a resume, a curriculum vitae (CV) provides a summary of one's experience and skills. Typically, CVs are longer than resumes – at least two or three pages."
Seriously though, what firmware are you on. It provides the information about what exploits you could use. Also i am very good at persuasion, and you probably aren't aware of the features of a custom firmware, but we'll cross that bridge when we come to it.

Have you tried the 3dsx build of JKSM? That should hopefully help you extract / reconnect the save files.

Well, maybe I'm not using the right words... I'm looking for the files needed in order to dump the save files.

at least in Spanish, "Virtual Console" (VC) it's called "Consola Virtual"... maybe that's why OP wrote CV instead of VC xD
