Hacking What can a hacked Switch potentially do?

Yeah, with Cemu progressing nicely, the devs probably won't even bother porting it to the Switch. Decaf emu devs probably won't port the core unless they feel the core is stable enough, which will take a few years to actually get things going.

Rainway is capable of 1080p @ 120FPS on the Switch, so there shouldn't be any worries about lags, except for input lag. But since you will be streaming from home, it is fairly minor to fix.
Uhm, 120FPS? Is the display on the Switch 120hz?

Uhmmmmmm.... No? If I monitor has a 144hz rate then it displays every frame from 144fps. Unless Hz is not the hz I'm thinking of.

Hz - how many times your screen draws per second. This is purely a function of your monitor. It does get a little confusing now with S3D because we say the monitor drops from 120Hz (the whole screen draws 120 times per second) down to 60Hz when it still is drawing the screen 120 times per second, it's just that it is doing it 60 times per second for each eye. 60Hz is 'magical' because it is roughly the point where the brain no longer sees the blinking.

FPS - how many times per second that your computer is building a frame (a picture for your monitor to draw). Changing in-game settings like anti-aliasing will lower your FPS because your video card will have to do more to kick out every frame. Again, S3D makes this a little strange because now you need two pictures to make a single frame.

Verticle Sync - if your FPS gets higher than your Hz, you get a "tearing" effect because your computer goes and changes the picture that is supposed to be drawn while the monitor is in the middle of drawing the old picture

Rainway is going to have some serious latency, I can already tell you. It is all dependant on your wifi. I would rather have usb/microusb connection from your PC to the switch to rid Rainway of some potential latency. That way we can hook up our PC games to the big screen and try to reduce latency.

My guess is that rainway will probably be based off of Wi-Fi (duh). So unless you have amazing wifi...well...do not count on much

Just a short list I can think of in no order

1. A Linux port to the switch

2. PSP,PS2,GCN Emulation IIRC all of which have ARM Builds (Play! comes to mind for PS2)

3. Libretro/Retroarch

And inevitably the ability to play "backups".
