My 3DS has been constantly crashing due to some Kujira-1 process. Would somebody be able to explain what this is and how to prevent it from reoccurring?

Couldn't even if I'd wanted to. It's an Old 3DS and I hardly know what ROMFS is.
I tried playing shovel knight today, it crashed when after 3 minutes of playing lol. Then it says something about 0000000000000000001 and some file that was saved on my sd card. I the system shut down and i didn't turn it on after that. 
Before that i was playing SNES VC game and never happened. Oh well. back to VC games
