I want to know if local multiplayer on nds emulator really exist. Please give me a link to an emulator if you know!

Where to download bios7.bin, bios9.bin and firmware.bin? Please give me a link and thanks in advance!
I'm fairly sure the reason StapleButter doesn't provide those files themself is because they're copyrighted material - and as such you can't ask for them here either. Do some searching online to dump your own or just download them if you're that way inclined.

I am also searching for a working one to play Children of Mana over Lan.
Is there any News to this ?

Hmmm, I don't think any emulator on a pc can emulate local multiplayer very well anyway. I would be surprised in the future if it was supported in a well manner.

How does it work anyways?
Connects to a DS, another PC, or do you need to have multiple windows with the same program and game open? Just wondering bc it sounds cool

I Want to trade my Pokémon on Diamond to SoulSilver, which is the best to use MelonDS or No$gba ?

I Just want to keep my SoulSilver Pokémon on Emulator on my White 2 Cartdrige on DS and send to my Pokémon Bank on the 3DS

PS: Sorry for my english.

You can't trade from cart to emulator. Just dump the save with TWLSaveTool (if you have a hacked 3DS) (I don't know what you use for DS(i), google is your friend) and use that in the emulator. Your save dumping tool of choice should also have a save restore function, which you can use to port Pokemon back to White 2.
