Hacking CFG Loader freezes at splash screen

I loved it when I have used CFG loader, but it started freezing at the splash screen. I have tried many different things to get it to work and none of them worked. I settle for wiiflow, but its just not the same. Can anyone help me getting CFG Loader to work again?
I am using r78.11 and I have included my syscheck report. The only thing that I notice about the report is that IOS252 is v10beta53-alt while 247-251 are v10beta52-vwii. I could change 252 to v10beta52-vwii as well, but I cannot find any information on what the base IOS is and I do not want to install it to the wrong base.

IOS 52 or beta52? There is no IOS52 so I'm making sure that it's not a typo

I was going to reinstall 252, but I do not know the base IOS to use. The syscheck days that I have 56 installed, but I had IOS problems, all but 252, that I fixed. So I don't know if that's the right base IOS to install or not. Any advice?

Sorry I'm not really a vWii expert. I just remember seeing other posts about that beta52

it could be ur sd card. I think homebrew is supposed to run with ios 58 iirc, so that could be the problem with it freezing.
