ROM Hack Need some help with Animal Crossing: New Leaf

I got a LayeredFS hack for ACNL(USA, 1.5), but I managed to corrupt the game data, so I deleted 1.5 on accident, along with deleting the save, which was necessary. Is it ok to get it since I owned it once, and the update was already free? If so, can I be dmmed it? Thanks!

You could've used freeShop or use ctr-httpwn to bypass the update nag long enough to access the eShop. Also, we're not allowed to share copyrighted content either by post or by PMs/DMs.
