Hardware My o3ds dont turn off

My o3ds dont turn off. After update to b9 1.2 and change my sd card to 32gb, I was using a 8gb card. Just copy and paste the files from old card, and now I cant turn off. Keeps the blue Light on. But if I hold the power button its shut Down. Someone can help me?
