ROM Hack NTR Plugins In Luma 8.0?

I don't know if this is the correct forum to post this in, but here goes.

Do NTR plugins now work in Luma 8.0, with the addition of Rosalina?

Yes you do. Same as it has been for as long as NTR plugins have been a thing.

Do I still have to use NTR? I did it just how i did when I have NTR installed. I'll open up the Rosalina menu, and the plugins option doesn't appear like it did with the NTR menu.

You still need NTR. Rosalina doesn't have NTR plugin compatibility just yet, iirc.

It does work. Both Mode-3 (in case you have o3DS) and regular NTR are working.

Okay. I reinstalled Boot NTR Selector using FBI and the Title Database, but whenever it open it I get this error: Load failed ! #FILEOPEN_FAILURE #LOAD_AND_EXECUTE

I don't remember from when I first did it, but do I need to create some folders or something on my SD card?

go download the latest boot ntr cia
make sure put the o3ds.ntr.bin on root of sd if you have o3ds (if new put n3ds.ntr.bin on root) make a plugins folder. insert title id folder. inside have the cheats ending in a .plg format

Are you sure because I got an error without the NTR.bin. I'm using the latest BootNTR selector btw.

With the addition of the ntr.bin file it now works.

i use the latest ntr thingy. its says i require the bin. try it if it helps

Sigh, quick reading made me think answers were suggesting plugins work directly with Rosalina, as in without needing to boot up NTR CFW.

It does work. Both Mode-3 (in case you have o3DS) and regular NTR are working.

Mode-3 is iffy but they are supposedly working on a fix for it(I've been getting a lot of arm11 dumps when launching games)

open a ticket on the github and upload the dump found in luma/dump, make sure to tell them exactly what you were doing when you got the crash
