I don't think there is because ctr-httpwn was patched in 11.4 as well as udsploit. So you might be out of luck for playing online. It's safe to update to 11.4 just make sure to update B9S and Luma.

ctr-httpwn does work if you have b9s v1.2, Luma 8.0, and <11.3. Ignore the error it gives you.

Doesn't matter if it was patched in 11.4 if he's on an older firmware
For the record, ctr-httpwn works just fine on Gateway for me, I'm assuming that's why OP needs it.
