ROM Hack [QUESTION] InputRedirection

I have the Rosalina Menu so I followed this link for the new and improved InputRedirector. There are absolutely NO guides online on how to use it. I can use the BootNTR(NTR CFW) version just fine but how do you make this version work ??? TCPixel shows how well it is running BUT HOW did he get to run it ??? All I see are just overviews but not guides. Can someone help me please ? I want to play MHXX(English Patched v3) with my XBOX One controller...

literally just run and enter your three dee esses ip into the client.

I entered my N3DSXL's IP Address and pressed enter but nothing outputs to my handheld. I don't want to continue using the old BootNTR version... Maybe there is something that I'm missing ?

I first tried using the CIA which I use for the BootNTR version - Nothing... I tried to restart the handheld and went to the Rosalina Menu to enable the debugger and the InputRedirector from there and then restarted the software on my Windows 10 Pro PC but still no output
