PS1/2 PS2 BIOS and the Vinesauce ROM Corruptor

I watch a YouTuber by the name of Turret 3471. He recently attempted to corrupt the PS2 BIOS with the Vinesauce ROM Corruptor, but it will not work. Here's what he said:

IDK if I'm loading the BIOS in correctly. No matter what corruption values I put in, even if it's the same ones someone else put in their video, I get absolutely no results. No change, no errors, nothing.
But at least it launches the emulator fine, that's the first step. I just need to know how to corrupt the BIOS correctly, which files to chose, where to load them into, and if there's any extra settings I don't know about.

I've never corrupted a ROM before, so IDK what to do. Tell me what he needs to do, and I'll relay the information.
