I have had my 3ds XL for around 4-5 years now and my hinge broke. How would I attemp to fix it?

Order a shell online, extract everything from the old shell and put it in the new one.

I alrrady knew about shell swapping. Thos would help the hinge as well?

A full shell has a hinge included.
