Homebrew I have 2 consoles now...

Here's the situation : I got a hacked O3DS, possibly banned (haven't turned on WiFi in days) and also a brand new N3DS.

What's the best thing I could do with that?
Should I risk doing a system transfer just in case I'm not banned yet?
Or should I try one of those FriendCodeSeed methods?

You can call Nintendo to unlink your NNID if you tell them a credible lie like dropping your 3DS in water, falling from high heights and broken or selling it but forgot to do system transfer first.

If you do a system transfer to your New brand 3DS it will replace the new bought 3DS's Local friend code seed with the LFCS from the source 3DS, it'd be bad. :S

Then your CFW 3DS will be used for hacks, cheats, mods and free games whatever you want to do with it even if it's permanently banned from online play.

It's best to keep your new bought 3DS as clean as possible, just a advice.

OK i will try calling them. But after unlinking what should I do? Just relink in my new console and I'll get my eShop games back and stuff?

No worries, you can back up your saves using JKSM.cia before unlinking your NNID from your soon-to-be-banned hacked 3DS then re-link it into the new bought 3DS and restore your saves into your bought digital games without issues if you have access to homebrew.

It'd be flagged as well. so It's a no-no, if OP wants to keep his new bought 3DS clean as possible for Online play, while using his CFW 3DS for doing anything as he pleases.

it really doesn't sound like he wants to keep one system clean though. it sounds like he wants to be unbanned, with cfw and free games on his new, better 3ds

nope, I mentioned that if you have access to homebrew on OFW/clean 3DS such as exploitable games with either primary or secondary entry points under your possession.
There is 3dsx file for JKSM that you can use.
