For whatever reason when I click on the magnet links they do not work. I have BitTorrent but I have no clue how to download the file marked in the square (secretsector.bin)

Do you have any application installed in your pc that actually reads magnet/torrent links?
Try uTorrent.

Good luck with that.
Also make sure your torrent client actually associates with torrent files (An option that is available on uTorrent).

You probably already have a secret_sector.bin on your SDCard, but yeah, try µTorrent

Try qBitTorrent... Utorrent is retarded.

I always used BitTorrent when I was on 3ds.guide so there is nothing wrong with the program. Try opening it first.

µTorrent is something I hate. I use Deluge.

Weird, i got that say "sector bla bla has been succesfully downloaded" but haven't touched anything. did they change something ? Oh and btw i recommend qbittorrent it's better imo

I found the issue, I was using Internet Explorer instead of Chrome.
I still use internet explorer though
