Just out of curiosity but why would you people even link a legit NNID to your hacked consoles? I understand there's having legit purchases but I wouldn't feel any guilt over just getting them back on Freeshop or CIAngel.

1 - Can't afford a second 3DS
2 - I like having all my stuff in one place. Especially on a dying console.

I'm not saying own 2 different 3DS's I mean to say, why not just abandon your old NNID?
I have legit purchases on my NNID which I use for Wii U as well but I never relinked it when I hacked my 3DS.

That's actually a good point, if people can grab the friend codes off of bricked 3ds/2ds we can have a good amount, and use after the ban wave. Hopefully when it's been proven why it has happened. I personally would either contact the author of this thread, or whoever he knows that shares and hosts public friend codes.

Yeah, usually people just erase everything. I conserved them with hope but I ended up selling my Aqua 3ds for a quick buck.

But still I don't like the idea of people getting a code banned in 10 minutes. I will try to get in touch tomorrow, but anyway odds are it appears on this thread tomorrow.

I'd say better give it to some modder that is willing to do some tests. Giving it to public will make it banned by:
a) Nintendo getting it too (because shared on public forum)
b) more data collected by Nintendo from devices with this particular seed

We still don't know what triggered bans so by letting everyone use the seed, we increase the chances of banning it.
Maybe PM OP and ask him to test the seed alone?

Unbanned my 3ds using my other systems localfriendseed that hasn't been used in a long long time. Gonna stay off the wifi for now though at least to see what happens

When I had my NNID on my N3DS it was mostly due to PokéBank. Back then, PKSM wasn't yet a thing (it's super convenient, though I miss categorizing boxes) and that is, after all, how you transfered mons between generations. There were also events and PokéMiles/BattlePoints earning and whatnot... All possible through other means, yes, but still.

Method 2 worked nicely! Everything is back to normal pre-banned console. What are the precautions I must follow now? Can I be banned again?

I´ve tried the 2nd method like 3 times or more but im still banned. I don´t know if im doing it correctly, could you share a screen of the code that i have to copy from movable.sed in the hex editor?

I hope I'm not going against the TOS for showing this but basically you gonna highlight and copy all that red area in movable.sed and copy all that in the local_friend_code_seed_b file

excuse me can you tell how to know if a 3DS already made system transfer ? cuz I am using a 2nd-hand 3DS, I don't know the last owner did it or not

Is method 2 the same thing as injecting the LFCS of the other 3ds involved in the last transfer?
