Homebrew Homebrew stuck on red screen

So, after going hardmod and following 3ds.guide for boot9strap on N3DS XL, I am getting red screen: http://imgur.com/a/MeSeT when trying to lunch homebrew via homebrew launcher (wifi led is blinking). What am I doing wrong?

Screenshot your sd card for me. Also what is your firmware? Also just to mage sure, you are using the Homebrew launcher cia to get it right?
