So, I've been following Plailect's guide to get sighax on my n3ds after I successfully upgraded to b9strap on my o3ds, and everything was working fine up until I've had to open b9stool.

My microSD for the new3ds is pretty barebones, just the boot9strap folder, boot.nds, and the Nintendo 3DS folder. I get a while screen that hangs, and the bottom screen briefly flashes a mint-green color a few seconds after boot. Buttons still seem to register input, as I'm able to use the home button to return to the home menu, but other than that, everything is unresponsive.

Is anyone else experiencing this problem? Or even better, solved it already?

And, perhaps the most important question of all, is there an easy way to fix it without retransferring from my o3ds? Because I already just called Ninty to reset my NNID yesterday, and it'd be pretty suspicious if I called them again so soon.

So anything we can do with sighax atm? or are we still waiting on payloads

Um, not to sound rude or anything, but that doesn't really have anything to do with my question?

Do you have anything to offer helpwise? Because if not, check the other sighax threads, friendo, such as my own or @addi33's. They'll have the info you seek.

You're missing luma folder with stuff inside.
Edit: Read it wrong.

2.54-0_11.4_NEW.firm, boot9strap.firm, and boot9strap.firm.sha
It seems to be in order. Try and try again. Some of the stuff takes multiple tries.

Other suggestions would be:
Test your SD card with h2testw, F3, or F3X.
Redownload files. Copy them using TerraCopy or something that'll check it's not getting corrupted.

Did all that, still not working. rip me.

I filed an issue on the github page for b9stools too, a little while ago. No response there yet. I'm keeping hope, though.
