I have the exact same card. What I did was follow the directions on the site and used the "setup 3DS" button on the Flashcard itself before installing WoodR4. Then, I made sure the options I needed were checked in Luma settings. I have to keep "load external firms" turned on or else mine blackscreens as well.
Not a physical button, one in the menus. If you load the card, press the green start button in the corner, there is a "3DS Setup" button at the very bottom.

That is strange then. I just copied woodR4 files to the SD and didn't need to have "load external firms" on with my R4i Gold. This is a N3DS.
Thats my problem.
I load the wood files on the sd and start the Cart, I get a "black screen", no menu, nothing.... I have a N3DS with Luma
I'm using an N3DS as well, I probably don't need it on but it was either that one or the "patch SVC" that I needed on or else my forwarders fail to load. Well at least that was the case when I first got it, I don't think I've turned it off since then Lol.

I didn't need any of that. It was a simple download of the WoodR4 kernel from here http://r4ids.cn/r4i-download-e.htm. And just a drag and drop of the files, insert the card and play.
How do I update from Luma 6.6 to this one: https://github.com/AuroraWright/Luma3DS/releases/tag/v7.0 ?

This card works on 7.0 and therefore any earlier or later 3DS version out of the box

If no or can't test, try reinstalling the DS/i mode (instructions and files available from 3ds.guide troubleshooting page)
Yeah just replace the armloader9hax.bin on the root of your SD card with the one from the 7.0 release

I have a original DS game: Star Wars force unleashed and I also get a black screen when booting...

I think a few of the early systems could benefit from that, at least up to the 8 bit generation, by the 16 bit generation I think TVs had gotten a lot better in almost every way
