I have the new 11.4 n3DS bin in the starter kit folder on my PC from here (https://github.com/44670/BootNTR/releases/tag/bootntr_3.2)
I reinstalled NTR CFW on my n3DS.
I've followed all the instructions in this thread (https://gbatemp.net/threads/tutoria...without-a-capture-card-ntr-cfw-method.423445/) to reset up my streaming.

1. Boot NTR 3.5
2. Enable Debugger on n3DS
3. Open NTR Debugger and place ("write(0x00105B00, (0x70, 0x47), pid=0x1a)") in there
4. Open Nitro Stream and hit connect

I do that above and my Nitro Stream says this:

Connecting...
ERR: No connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it 192.168.x.x:8000

I have own an N3DS for quiet some time now but never tried video streaming with NTR before because I always thought setting it up would be a quiet complicated task. But turns out it's actually not. Have a look at this:

And these are the steps I took:
- Got BootNTR Selector v2.8 from here which automatically downloads and installs the three most recent versions of NTR CFW, making it so you can freely choose which version you want to use without moving files around etc.
- Downloaded Kit Kat, the 3DS all-in-one toolkit, from here as already suggested by others
- Switched on my N3DS, which currently runs on firmware 11.4.0-37, and started BootNTR Selector
- BootNTR Selector automatically loads NTRFirmware 3.5 at this point and then returns to the home menu
- After that I launched the .exe file for Kit Kat on my PC
- Kit Kat automatically detected my N3DS's IP address
- Last but not least I hit the big blue "Connect" button, which started NTRViewer
- At first, I got a white screen. But as Kit Kat stated, I had to disable my PCs firewall and video streaming works great now
- Click the settings icon in the lower left corner of the Kit Kat window to individually adjust the size of the top and bottom screens in NTRViewer as well as the quality

Try using kit kat? i couldnt get nitro stream to work.

Use Kitkat mate ! ITS All in one and way better than doing all separately

Alright, this works greatly! Though I'm still getting the NTR freeze as soon as I get into Pokemon Moon after loading into the game. I can even do online stuff as well. Just playing the actual game keeps freezing (even after following steps in the KitKat thread.)

For Pokemon Sun / Moon you need to use the code to disable the NFC (game specific, considered as a cheat code) before you load your savegame.

the ip for your 3ds. If you go into fbi and go to remote install and the click receive urls over the network it will tell you your ip. Kit kat should auto detect but if it doesnt you can do that method. Let me know how this goes.

Well I already have my 3DS' IP. My hangup is getting that cheat code that keeps Sun/Moon from disconnecting from the internet when it in the main game. It runs fine on the home screen of my 3DS and when I connect in festival plaza (because my 3DS is connected to the internet). But, when I'm just say in a town or something in-game, the 3DS disconnects from the internet, in turn stopping the Nitro Stream.
