Probably a keyboard that has the ability to type ä, ö, ü and ß, which is possible to do from the other language keyboards, but you have to travel through pages of other letters.

i already have a custom keyboard it works realy good but only if my system language is english but i dont want to play my games in english.
I want to play it in german i need a custom keyboard that is working with german

There are custom keyboards?

There's a custom keyboard CIA floating around that adds the ability to type in Japanese to the English-language keyboard. I think I actually had it installed at one point.
