Hi, I have my console banned, (I bought a cheap code online and it seems it was bought with a stolen credit card) so I can't access the eshop, as far as I have read for HaxChi Cfw... that's the first step, go to the eshop and buy a game. what can I do? Is there any other way to access the eshop to buy the game? Or Is there a way to unban the console, at least temporary to access the eshop and buy the ds game, I have a nes and snes game already downloaded, is possible to do HaxChi Cfw with nes or snes games? Thanks

Not sure about unbanning but I don't think so.
There's no other way to use Haxchi. You can still use the browser exploit though.

Try and call nintendo help line and try your luck there, explain to them a friend gifted you a code which you used and he didn't tell you he got it from a dodgy source, we all have that friend. Also mention you want to get it sorted because you heard somewhere a sale might be starting soon and you want to buy some games for your new console. This gives them the idea you'll buy lots and they don't want to lose out on the money.

Or you could just be honest with Nintendo and tell them that you bought a code from a third party and weren't aware that it was stolen.
They might not help him then just to be spiteful because he admitted that he bought it from a 3rd party that wasn't them. Sorry but I'm a white South-African afrikaner, my mind always races to the paranoid option because it's kept me safe in a country where I'm the minority.

You can create a homebrew app which will change your SEEPROM to a different one upon factory reset.
