I think so. I just followed the 11.3 regular old 3ds guide on 3ds.guide when I got homebrew

I can't because Idk if you backed up the nand and what tools you used. To get the games back, launch Godmod9 and go to SD:/ then go to the nand.bin and select it and select nand options and restore
