ROM Hack [Help] Super Smash Bros JPN?

How would i do this I have my Japanese Cart on my 3DS, Loading it with hanz it game DOES go in japanese but says im missing DLC and freezing when im picking a character. When loading normally it loads in English. I want it to be in Japanese. Not in English.

I did that already. Using Luma3DS from 3ds.guide
and i like the JPN voices more tbh

- do you have a usa or a jpn cart of smash
- have you tried to delete the usa dlc and get the jpn dlc
- if you do have a jpn cart, try region free launch though homebrew

-Japanese Cart but its dumped as a .cia on my 3DS.

-I have the JPN dlc

Only voices can be done by modding, currently. Text is possible but nobody's done it because it doesn't make much sense to play a game you can't read, so I don't think that'll happen. You'll have to try running the Jap version region-free or something.

Yep! That is what is telling me that im on the wrong firmware.
