Ok, I have not been able to describe the problem well. Thanks for your answers. I just want to clarify that although it is very dumb what I did, is not that Im a idiot who does not know how to buy anything. Some of you began to divert the subject with things like my age or the image of my profile (which by the way is a very good game that I recommend to play: FNAF SL) and that has nothing to do with the topic. I think there is nothing more to disclose here. So if a mod see this, can close the topic.
Glad you learned something, and I do actually enjoy SL. Those jump scares take the air out of me.
...if you know somewhere near Thneedville that's hiring, hmu.

You can try contacting Nintendo directly for support on what happened, I'm sure they would figure out the issue and sort out the problem.
And this seller, there's no need to get in contact with him. Just contact Nintendo on the phone saying how he scams people, and that he sold you a Nintendo Switch with his account on it and then told Nintendo to ban your account.

If you have proof of purchase, and how he scams people its likely your console can be unbanned easily.

I understand the problem better than most of you. Some third world countries (like mine) restrict the access you get to dollars or other convertible money like euros. Exchange control where the government decides who "buys" dollars and at what price. It's not open for most people. So they go to the black market and do shady stuff like this. They give you "gambles" that don't match the parallel price of the game (converting the national money to parallel dollars in the black market) and both of you "win" if the seller is actually serious and not a scammer.

It's pretty goddamn common on my country. Where even physical copies are now scarce unless you import (via buying dollars in the parallel market at ridiculous prices).

What this guy did is pretty common over here. Not everyone gets nintendo support like first world countries and depend either on scalpers or a relative buying it for you outside and pray they don't get stuck at customs.

I've seen a lot of consoles banned due to eshop credit fiasco (by using fake credit cards) before the 3ds was fully hacked by anyone other than gatewait.

You can still change your console's region to buy the game yourself

Damn, that's interesting. Still, do you know if there's a South American eshop he could have used?

Ok, you obviously don't know how money or digital games work, and no one over 15 even remotely liked FNAF
Opinions.

Regarding the OP, I'm sorry for you.
They say lo barato sale caro for a reason.
If it looks too cheap to be real, appeal to your common sense.
Specially in Argentina where everyone and their dog want to fuck you up.

I wouldn't contact Nintendo because purchasing accounts must be EULA violation.
I would just delete the account from the console and pray they don't go any further.

@JPnintendo this forum is more for hacking consoles and the like, for getting technical I recommend you visit reddit.com/r/Nintendo switch and ask there.

Just to shed light on this situation for everyone else, and being from Argentina myself, the reason he has to be so roundabout with this is because Argentina is pretty terrible with stuff like this. Argentinian inflation is consistently around 40%, which makes for terrible exchange rates against the US dollar, and I'm not sure how open the currency markets are (they basically weren't under the last government, the current president is trying to change that but I don't know how successful he's been at it). Without finding the rare physical copy at a good price in small shops, you're kinda screwed. It probably wasn't a good idea to get the digital copy on Mercado Libre, but desperate times can call for desperate (and very sketchy) measures. If anyone notices a mistake in this explanation, please tell me, I've lived in the US most of my life and haven't been following the currency situation that closely.

You don't seem to understand. If you change the eshop only the games will disappear. The currency used will still be dollars/euros. Only that you severly hinder the games that appear as downloadable (if any still appear).

At least that's the way the 3ds eshop and psp psn worked. I always set my region to USA even if i don't live there.

What's the worst that can happen if he asks / appeals to Nintendo/Ebay wherever he was scammed by this user.
Also he never purchased the account, it was just the game he bought (Unless I read wrong.) (Someone made the account to give him the game.)

Basically this. Except maybe 800% worse on Venezuela. (not kidding. I'm dead serious)

I mean when a 60$ game is more than 5 months worth of your daily job (without spending a single dime on anything else) you know your country is fucked up.

I get it, man. Don't worry too much about it. Unlink that console from the account and play physical only from now on. It's better to wait a little for games than being banned from online all together.

nintendo bans every console that a customer request a refund of a game to?
I wouldnt be surprised
the reason? because you just have to buy the game, download it, then ask for a refund, you haver the game and your money
the reason they ban the console is for you dont do that twice

Yeah, Venezuela is even worse, although the government reassures it's public that it's only 276% (lies, it's worse but that's still terrible). I've heard from friends that people sometimes carry duffel bags of money.

I don't think a lot of people realize that the US is lucky to not have to constantly think about how unstable it's currency is.

Edit: Misread your post. 800% is ridiculous, I'm so sorry anyone ever has to face that.

No, he technically purchased an account
He could probably argue that (Depending on what the description of the item says.) Say he bought the game from the ebay seller.
But I'm just a stupid minor looking for solutions, (oh and I don't live in Argentina so I don't know how certain policies for trade work their.) But regardless. I don't think its the end of the world here. That's just my advice

Can you even buy games from the US eshop without a US credit card? I know that the US Playstation store wouldn't let me buy anything with my card.

Yeah, Venezuela is even worse. The inflation, if I recall correctly, is at 570%, although the government reassures it's public that it's only 276% (lies). I've heard from friends that people sometimes carry duffel bags of money.

I don't think a lot of people realize that the US is lucky to not have to constantly think about how unstable it's currency is.

I can assure you that percentage is nowhere close to real either. It must have been over 1000% since may last year. Around 600-700% this year. Parallel dollar went from i dunno 400VEF x $ to 5000VEF x $. That's like 12 times what was last year if my calculations are right. And everything here is measured via parallel means since no one other than the government gets access to legit currency exchange. (around 800VEF x $ nowadays)

And yeah. Going to buy groceries with cash? Better get a backpack to carry all that money with you. Buying a phone is a nightmare since you need ridiculous amounts of cash and it's pretty hard to hide.

About the last point. Yeah, people don't realize they're in heaven until they taste hell barehanded.
