Whenever I try and launch FF7 (bin, cue) the emulator crashes to the home menu, no error or restart just crashes. It worked on an older version of retro (pcsx) but since I updated to 1.5 it won't and I cant find the older cia, please help.

The Bios files for PCSX-rearmed are 5500/5501/5502, the ones you listed seem to be different iterations and regions of the BIOS.
In the Core information of Emulator that Use BIOS files you can see which ones they need.

What did you do to get it working? Mine still freezes on the error code.

Which error code?

If the Error still shows itself after having installed the PCSX-rearm version posted earlier in this thread, backup your saves delete the retroarch folder and replace it with the folder from the 7zip.
Delete the version of the emulator already installed on the N3DS, and re/install the one from the 7zip if it doesn't work then, then the problem might not be fully in the emulator.
