You need to download the otherapp for 11.2/11.3 and place it on the root, for your region too

And i got the otherapp 11.3.0-37E and placed it on the root of sd card but still the same

Payload doesn't go on the SD Card root, it goes in the "hblauncherloader" directory; when downloading the otherapp payload, rename it to "OLD-11-4-0-37-EUR.bin".

In sd card "hblauncherloader" exist two files "OLD-11-3-0-37-EUR and OLD-11-4-0-37-EUR"

I downloaded 11.2.0.37.eur and i renamed it, but when i launch the hombrew it said me something like your hombrew launcher is ready and it gives me crash

Yes, older versions of luma are extremely unstable on 11.4
