Hacking How to change region for NNID?

Hey guys forgot to swap my region to USA for my NNID, since I am currently in Canada so the region is set to canada. Can I just change the normally or not?

From settings,but once you do that,all your purchases will be gone,it's like new account.
Canada and USA is technically the same region,so it's possible to switch back.

This information is old maybe,i don't know if they change it.

Just did it, couldn't find anything about Usa to Canada only Jap to USA. I just had to change the country, problem solved.

The Japanese to USA is require CFW.
USA to Canada doesn't require that.
