Do you have arm9loaderhax? If you have Luma3DS + a9lh, it's safe to update.

Yes. 11.4 fixes the Homebrew launcher (if you use it), but you can download an 11.2 payload from smealum's website and rename it to 11.4 to get it working again. The only thing that doesn't work on 11.4 yet is NTR CFW streaming, but since that's New 3DS only, you're all set. Just use Luma3DS Updater to update your CFW before updating your system version.

I don't use Hombrew Launcher. I just installed the Luma3DS and the arm9loaderhax. But thanks.

The green screen with homebrew launcher (Sysnand, not CFW) is still there, no? There aren't any news about a fix for that?

Yes. Update Luma to the latest build and use the 11.2 payload to access the HBL(if needed). Emulators, ports and VC injects work fine.

For those who have a method of updating the cartridge - OOTHax still works on n3ds. I kept save00.bin the same and replaced payload.bin with the latest 11.4 payload and it worked.

the doodle bomb patch was for sending of the hax to anyone in need. If you have got this working already and have kept v1.1.1 for swapdoodle on your 3ds system you can still continue to use and access HBL with this method.
