when is the crash occuring exactly? looking at the stack, it's not the plugin that's crashing.

No, whenever i go into the ACNL loading screen it just crashes then reboots

yes but have you got the welcome amiibo update installed? you will know if your 3DS asks you to press Y to update ACNL when launching it.

This crash occured I think when I was loading my town.. but this crash only occurs when I have errordisp on.

I cannot get to the point where it usually crashes; when I save.

Download the cia version of the update and install it, use freeShop to download it, or use ctr-httpwn from the Homebrew Launcher and download the update from the eShop. What do you mean that Luma won't let you update?

Whenever i try to update the system it never works, but when i didn;t have luma the updates work

Do you have a modified Home Menu? I heard that breaks updating.
You could always get rid of Luma3DS. If you have modified Home Menu, that'll probably brick you.

Yes it does. ACNL is not an extended memory mode game and as such does not require Mode 3.
