Hacking Need Help Re-Installing Gateway!

Hey everyone, I've successfully installed Luma + a9lh and Gateway Payloads! I'd like to update my Sysnand to 10.3, but unfortunately the [Mega] [CIA/bin] thread doesn't have any mirror of that update for me to use with sysupdater. Any ideas?

Do you have a KOR, TWN, or CHN 3DS? They got those for other regions. The links are all live.

No my 3DS is USA region.

Also, I've discovered a new problem, I can't seem to install CIA's in GW mode. I have them installed in Sys mode but they don't show in GW mode. I injected FBI to H&S, but when i try to open H&S in GW mode i just get an error: "An error has occurred. Please save your data in any software currently in use, then restart the system." If i can't install SaveDataFiler in GW Mode i can't backup my saves.....also when i go to system settings in GW mode it says "ver" instead of "emu" or "GW", but the GW menu loader works.....

They have 10.3 for Old and New.

You'll have to wait for someone who's familiar with GW mode. I'm not familiar with it. Is it what GW calls EmuNAND? I think you can use FBI.3ds with GW cart.

The 10.3 megaload link doesn't work. There's no download, just the option to upload. I need a mirror but i can't find one.

Hey thanks a lot for that link Temptress! I downloaded the files for 11.2.0-35U and have been trying to update now with sysupdater, but it's not working for me. I keep getting this error:

Are you sure you put the .CIA files in a folder called updates on the root of your SD Card? Putting the folder with the .cia files is not going to work.

As for setting up an EmuNAND, you can use the GW Menu or EmuNAND9. You will need to give up about 1GB for it to be created.

Ya they're definitely in the "updates" folder at the root of my SD card. It's just not working for some reason. If i can get it all to work, I'll try installing Emunand afterwards.

You could just use a Yoshi's Wooly World rom with Gateway to update to 11.2.

I tried that. I downloaded the .3ds rom, converted it to CIA and installed it. But when i tried to play it, i was not prompted for an update, it just got stuck on the Nintendo 3ds splash screen and i had to power off.

You don't convert it to a cia. You run it through Gateway. And you have to turn off rom update blocking on the Gateway menu.
Remember that cia games are what you get from the eShop, and to get to the eShop you have to be updated already, so it makes no sense for cias to contain update data.

You are booting into Luma3DS right? I've never used sysUpdater in GW Mode.

Yeah I was wondering about that. I remember a long time ago that using sysupdater in Gateway mode caused a brick but I can't remember the exact context, or why.

UPDATE: Good news and bad news.

Good news: Thanks to your advice QuantumCat i was able to get the Yoshi's rom update working in GW mode, and updated my 3ds to 11.2.0-4U (not 35U....is that an issue?).

Bad news: it completely removed a9hl from my 3ds. So now i have to reinstall it all again....not a big deal really, as long as I'm on the right firmware. Do i need to update 11.2.0-4U to 11.2.0-35U or is this ok?

You already have a9lh don't you? What's the issue? If you don't have a9lh yet, you can use an alternative entry point like OoThax.

Are you sure it removed a9lh? If you have just arm9loaderhax.bin from Luma on your SD and you boot holding Select, what happens? And what happens if you boot with no SD?
