You have to add the other person's FC in order for them to send you a Doodlebomb. Unless you added everyone's EUR FC, or at least one, it won't happen.

I have a doubt, I have two 2 3DS consoles of the same model and both modified, I have the installed exploit in which is called LegaradVen O3DS 11.3, but when I try to pass it to the other one called Legarad O3DS 11.4. Never comes.

Why is this happening?

Both are American, the only difference is that one account is Venezuelan and the other is American

@Xmortal you need to take this to another thread, because this seems to be some kind of bug that the developers need to know about. Unfortunately, this thread is not targeted toward these issues.
