Homebrew MicroSD for My Luna 3ds is broken(Need Help!!)

I haven't Played my 3d's in a while and when I just tried to delete a file off my sd through my pc it said deleting at 0% stayed that way then my pc rebooted. Is there any way I can just transfer my stuff to a different sd so my 3ds will be playable since it it has no sd in side it won't even turn on

Yes, you can just copy and paste the contents from one SD card to another and it will work just fine.

Well if you can't get the files off your SD card, how did you intend to put them on a new one? You HAVE to get that one working to get the files off of it, period.

Also, sounds more like an issue with your PC than your SD card. Use something else to see if you can access/manipulate the contents of your card. Stick it in your phone or something. If your phone reads it, then obviously it's your computer. So you'd have to find out what's wrong with that.
