Hacking "[!] PM INIT Failed!"while booting safehax

Hey peeps, i have an O3ds trying to install CFW while using the 3dsguide site
I do exactly what the site tells me but i get this message when i try to load safehax for the exploit to boot SafeCTRTransfer.

I have already hacked one N3dsxl and one O3ds before so i have some experience on this
Its on the section II of this page

Yes I had this same problem when I was installing to a 2DS with 9.9 firmware. Arc13 uploaded a fix that worked for others and myself. The safehax was updated for the newer 11.3 firmware and must have broke something with handling older firmware.
